 Theresa is one of my very best of friends!! We met in 2008 and have been inseparable ever sence haha!! We call each other "Twins" because we talk, look and act soo much alike! Treza has always been there for me, through the thick and thin; she's always right there to catch me when I fall. I always run to her to advice on pretty much anything in life and she always knows what to say to make things so much better. She is such a beautiful girl inside and out, and I really admire her strong faith and her cheerful attitude towards life :)

My Dream Home

This is my dream cabin in the woods :) This is a painting entitled "Mountain Retreat" done by Thomas Kinkade. I love how the log cabin is so rustic lookng and surrounded by so many little animals! I love little blue front door. And I've always wanted to live right near a babbling brook, so it's perfect! It seems like it would be so peacful and relaxing to live in a little cabin in the middle of no where. I always feel so close to God when I am surrounded by the beautiful countryside! And as long as I had some nice neighbors and a little family of my own, I think I would be in my own little paradise!

Now I just need to find this little magical place somewhere in the mountains... ;)

I Have Returned :)

Hello world!! I am back! My bestie Treza has re inspired me to start blogging again :) So I am going to try and get back in the habit of posting alot more often ;) Haha!! Today has been a beautiful day! I spent the morning with Teresa and her older sister Maria and Maria's two kiddies, Jamesy and Evelyn! We made such a yummy lunch!! It was Veggie & Cheese Bagels :) Courtsey of Pioneer Woman!! (She is the besst!! You can check out her recipes at www.thepioneerwoman.com/cooking)

Ingredients


■½ blocks Of Cream Cheese


■2 whole (to 3) Green Onions


■Tomatoes


■Cucumbers


■Avocado


■Red Onion


■1 whole Everything Bagel (or Any Kind Of Bagel)


■Alfalfa Sprouts


■1 Or 2 Slices Of Muenster Cheese


■Slice Of Cheddar Cheese


■Lettuce


Place ½ a block of cream cheese on a plate and mash it a bit with a fork. Next, chop up 2-3 green onions and mix them with the cream cheese until thoroughly combined.
Slice all veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, red onions) thinly.


Slice bagel in half. Spread the cream cheese generously on both sides of the bagel.

Layer the vegetables. First lay the avocados right along the cream cheese to help them stay put. Next the alfalfa sprouts and then one slice of each kind of cheese. On the other half of the bagel arrange the cucumber slices in a circle.
Sprinkle the cucumbers with a pinch of salt if you would like.

Next lay the onion slices on top of the cucumbers, then the tomatoes, followed by a slice of lettuce, and if you’re feeling naughty, another slice of Muenster cheese.
Put the whole thing together and Voila! A cool, crisp, and deliciously fabulous Veggie and Cheese Bagel Sandwich.

 It was so easy, healthy and delicious!!

  My Family! I probably don't tell them enough, but I lean on them so much! I love family dinners and reminiscing back on when we were all little. Thank you all for everything you've done for me! I love you!

  My Best Friends! I thank God everyday for my bff's! Marianna and Theresa! I don't know what I would do without my girls! We love to shop, stay up all night, get hyper, dance around like crazy and make cookies! They have been with me through it all, they have laughed with me, cryed with me..and I love them for it! <3

  Children! I love love love kids! Children are so crazy and cute, I just love them! Especially newborn babies..can anything be more precious?

  Creation! I love just opening my eyes and seeing all the of beauty around me! I love big huge green fields, pink and purple sunsets, spring flowers, animals, the ocean, the huge mountains, all the differant unique people I meet everyday, and so much! It's so easy to forget that we really are blessed to be alive! God has given us soo much, we need to thank Him for it all!

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.
For if they fall, one will lift up the other; but woe to one who is alone and falls and does not have another to help.
Again, if two lie together, they keep warm; but how can one keep warm alone?
